Pet Policy

Steve Brown Apartments understands the important role animals play in many of our resident's lives. For the consideration of your neighbors, we ask that all pets who will be living or visiting your residence be disclosed. Qualified service animals are always welcome without a fee.

» Pet Types Allowed: Dogs, Cats, Fish, Caged Birds (exotic pets are not allowed). Pets must be neutered or spayed. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers and German Shepherds are not allowed. All dogs must be under 50 lbs.

» Number of Pets per Apartment: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.

» Pet Fee: $10/mo. per cat, $20/mo. per dog.

» Pet Deposit: A $200 pet deposit is required.
